Emmanuel Educational Foundation and Sports Academy (EEFSA) for the physically challenged was established five years ago as a result of an empathic feeling that one physically challenged person had after seeing the plight of his colleagues with disabilities in his country (Ghana)

The foundation is up and doing, every year the foundation enrolls 15 disabled students into schools righ tfrom the junior high schools to the tertiary institutions of their choice. There are more of these people who are looking for such opportunities, you can donate to support such people or adopt to sponsor one of them today.

The foundations aim of fighting for the disabled in all aspect of life including the provision of means of mobility, led by the founder Emmanuel Ofosu Yeboah presents theses wheel chairs to the disabled in the society, hospitals and other institutions who are in need of them. Emmanuel has donated 800 makeshift wheelchairs for disabled country men, who know the joy of mobility after a lifetime of crawling on mangled arms and legs.

The foundation aims at promoting the wellbeing of the disabled persons or persons with disability, led by the founder Emmanuel Ofosu Yeboah embark on a nationwide awareness creation about the right of the disabled persons and what they can do when they are given the needed support, courage and seen as been part of their human race.

 

In Africa and in Ghana it is believed that persons with disabilities are not worthy enough to be part of the human race and are either killed or ostracize from the society in which the person was born, they are not welcomed into the palace of a king and not to see the king, Emmanuel after been refused to have access into a kings palace after several attempts was finally allowed into the palace of the Akyem Abuakwa Kingdom to be met by King Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panyin II. The king and Emmanuel have teamed up to change the perception traditional rulers have about persons with disabilities. An example for all traditional rulers all over Africa to follow. The king is now a trustee of the Emmanuel Foundation.

Emmanuel after meeting one of the prominent kings in Ghana went ahead to meet another king from his own home town. Emmanuel is welcomed into the palace of Nana Professor Emeritus Oti Boateng the paramount king of the New Juabeng Traditional Area.
